Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Lenses
Securely place your lenses in their original packaging or a protective mailer to ensure they arrive back at our facility in perfect condition.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we will process your refund or exchange as soon as it is received.
